Our DNA
Our History
The story of Forton is based on successful careers in Africa with 2 observation.
- When entering a growth project, inhouse specialized resources are only available in groups having reached a critical scale. Hence, these projects require a lot of various competencies which are expensive, sophisticated and not always available.
- Although the African continent represents for many obvious reasons of the world’s dynamic growth frontiers, a low implementation rate remains the critical bottleneck. This also leads to increased difficulties to finance growth.
Our Dual capability model
Fortune reunites:
- Advisory Excellence: End-to-end project enablement covering legal, financing, operational, governance and performance. Adding ability, knowledge and long term experience.
- Investment partnership : Forton provides financing through various instruments, aligning interests and de-risking execution.
Our Methodology : Fast track achievement
- Although keeping long term sustainable results in mind, it is important to deliver short term measurable successes to confort all the stakeholders and increases the financing capabilities,
- Forton has adapted its Fast Track Method and recruited appropriate teams to achieve decisive results within the first business year.
